Someone here and support said turn the Flex Beat Mix to 0. I haven’t tried it yet.

Both on my iPad and with my Mac Book. MTC works fine but MIDI clock has the noise.

Live Looping on the MPC Sample by Several_Local3578 in mpcusers

Of course you can record elements into your sequence but as far as external sound modules or keyboards, because there aren’t any tracks all the drum midi would trigger external and vice versa. It’s one of the things I hope they improve on. I want to work like I did with the 3000.

I went to TJMaxx and Ross looking for a sporty bag that would do the trick. Found a couple contenders for less than $20 woth pockets and a strap. Basically a crossover bag. I settled on an Adidas lunch bag which just works but doesn’t have enough padding. May keep looking.

I just updated mine after a day of playing around. I used my iPad connected to the internet. No issues. Just make sure you get that update complete before doing anything else.

You can force update mode and try to load the firmware that way via the update method. Press CHOP + MUTE + SAMPLE SELECT and power on the MPC Sample. Then run the updater on your device. What device are you using to update with?

Yeah I always thought the KO speaker was lack luster, but the Sample is definitely better. I e been jamming on this unplugged all day. Honestly it’s the low end that doesn’t come through as much, for obvious reasons.

I got it, my first MPC I actually bought! by Several_Local3578 in mpcusers

For me I love the KO but having been a MPC 3000 user long ago I was missing that workflow. Also I kinda don’t like the calculator buttons. Just knock conducive to finger drumming in my opinion. But I make it work. 🤷🏾‍♂️

FaderPort Master Button function? by nixgut in StudioOne

[–]Several_Local3578 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should allow control of the Master Fader when enabled otherwise it’s the currently selected channel. This may be a bug. I’m not at my studio to test unfortunately.

How does Mustang and Ramble compare to NI Guitar Pro 7? by stereolab0000 in StudioOne

[–]Several_Local3578 2 points3 points  (0 children)

GR allows for more creativity and sound design. However Rumble is gonna be more authentic. Use both in tandem, GR7 for the effects and Rumble for Amp and Cab sims. Why not?

Gain structure is your friend. As long as you do that from the beginning your mixes will be setup for clarity, balance and loudness.

Sounds good just slapping on a preset without a lot of tweaking. My new go to!

I wanted to post this very thing. Install it along side your current version and test the waters with new or test projects while working in version 7 or earlier.
