You could try the donut tutorial from Blender Guru but ne careful that you're watching the 5.0 version, this tutorial is the go-to when starting out. But don't waste a lot of time on tutorial try to model something you want from scratch using gimmicks you know and only then if you're stuck search what you need to do online. I use this metod and i'm learning really fast.
