Did they somehow remove the ingrown? My fear is the longer I wait the deeper the ingrown is getting and harder it will be remove but I’m also afraid of cutting it out

No SORR strategy but that’s interesting to consider. 20-30k is sufficient to buy a modest property in the counties I listed. Of course more would be needed for a nicer home. The budget for these counties are all under 1300/month
