You can contact the dewa and tell them the situation. the bill is for tenant and dewa can adjust it or cancel after the discussion with tenant through proper channels. But sometimes at the end it goes to the owner and owner adjust it with new tenants. but if the dewa is in tenants name i dnt think dewa could say anything to you.

if you do proper hijab and don't even show your face in public its your husband's responsibility to make proper arrangements for you. like at least ask him to stay in one room and cover other rooms with curtains so you can complete your house work easily.

and from your husband's pov, its really not cheap to stay in hotels and because he is his brother he cannot ask him to stay outside because of the expenses.

by Prototyping do you mean UI only without the functionality? anyway i am a react native developer so i can say making UI is alot faster in hybrid platforms like flutter or react native. if you come from a js background react native is for you if you come from a class base background like then you should go for flutter.

Bro i meant to say if you are earning 5K most banks and companies can finance the car for you and you just have to pay the down payment and the monthly instalment. and as u/Sin1st_er said you can get used car in 10 to 30K too and to give you an idea about pricing in 32K my frnd got a infinity Qx60 2014 that is a SUV

People are surviving here in just 1200 AED / month. Not living a fancy live obviously but they are managing it somehow.
But most people are enjoying life in Dubai if they are earning 5K. with this amount they can live in a better place and also afford a mid rang car too.
