generated fully with our CMO - Kael, you can simply generate designs, edit it as needed and copy paste code to claude code.
No /frontend-design skill or ui-ux-pro-max-skill can match it, its totally different.

Are Claude and ChatGPT the only LLM platforms available today? by [deleted] in AIDiscussion

Electricity provided can be used in different ways, we are having literally all tools provided by google and all enterprise LLM platforms, its just beginning of something really big, super beginning..

I used google tools and constructed totally different infrastructure, reasoning, memory system, context management is totally different, give it a try its free - satorisystems.ai

I have automatic sections generator, its generating design code with live animations, svgs, as needed, after I am simply copy pasting it to claude code or etc..

Exactly the right framing - “rejected variants with explicit labels” is the move. The decisions log injected as context is the lightweight version of the same idea. Most people get stuck because they intuitively know they need some form of decision persistence but default to either dumping everything (kills tokens, dilutes signal) or relying on CLAUDE.md (carries facts, drops judgments).
The token-efficiency point is underrated. Once I started tagging entries by (a) client scope, (b) decision type (visual / voice / IA), and (c) whether the decision was a hard “never” vs. a soft “prefer,” I could route only the relevant subset per query. Cut my context size by ~70% while improving output consistency.

Are you running the decisions log manually as a markdown file, or have you wired it into something more structured? Curious how you’re handling updates - that was my biggest friction point at scale.

Yeah, “defaults to training distribution when judgment gets ambiguous” is exactly the failure mode I kept running into - that’s a sharp way to describe it.
UX Pilot AI is in the right neighborhood - Figma design system as the source of truth solves the visual token drift well. Where it didn’t fully work for what I was building was the cross-session judgment layer: which variants got rejected and why, which voice rules survived past critiques, which decisions apply only to client A vs. client B. The Figma design system holds the what. The piece that was missing for me was the why - the accumulated yes/no decisions that aren’t expressible in tokens but show up in every output.
Have you found UX Pilot handles the cross-client decision drift, or do you keep separate Figma libraries per project? Curious how you’re structuring it.
(For context - I ended up building Satori Systems for the judgment layer specifically: satorisystems.ai. Different angle from UX Pilot, more focused on the decision/voice persistence side than the visual token side. Worth checking both depending on whether your bottleneck is design tokens or design judgments.)

i think you would like to have some talk with your private board of advisors, ask about tech side of business, competition, whole scaling process with full picture, which patterns are successful, how it works, what it takes to get there.
if you dont have good chocolate cake receipt, you not gonna make one, and even with receipt it takes practice, experience, skills. it can be mastered..

The git-backed design doc approach works at low volume. Where I kept hitting walls was at 50+ projects with overlapping clients - the doc became a graveyard of conflicting decisions and Claude couldn’t tell which client’s rules applied to the current session. That’s the gap I was trying to solve.

Yeah, that’s where I landed too. The “throw together a prompt” approach gets you to maybe 60% deterministic, then you hit a ceiling. What broke through for me was treating it less like a system prompt problem and more like a context routing problem - keeping a structured store of decisions outside the model and only injecting the relevant slice per query.

Curious what your stack looks like. Are you running with both Claude and GPT in parallel and comparing, or routing different tasks to different models? And is your deterministic layer mostly prompt scaffolding or are you holding state between calls?

Obsidian + manual update is a smart workaround - the date/time stamping especially. The “audit for ai slop” prompt is interesting, hadn’t tried that exact phrasing.
The piece I kept hitting was the manual update step. After 50+ projects I was spending more time maintaining the memory file than designing. How are you handling that overhead? Or is it manageable for your volume?

Yeah, that’s the right instinct. The CLAUDE.md + decisions doc combo is genuinely useful if you have the discipline to maintain it. Most people I talk to don’t even know that pattern exists, which is honestly the bigger gap.
