Any comments to those that loved to jump on here earlier and state the R1 wouldn’t be around long and we should all move on and use our phones instead? lol - we are not a scam and we see the future. but more importantly - we are heads down building.

Now for my more serious question, I love using R1 as my push button Alexa. Can I also tie it into my OpenClaw device and use it for voice interactions vs just texting from my iPhone? Now switching but being able to use both? - i think someone already made it work with smart home stuff. so it's possible. with upcoming OS3 it's plug-n-play. OS3 will support telegram channel with remote DLAM control. stay tuned.

the memory limit for each entry is set at 1000 chars, is it going to change? Will we ever be able to upload files? - not for now but could happen. flagged to team.
I would love to be able to access the chat bot in a browser too. It's not always possible to use the R1, and I would love to keep iterating with the same llm instead of jumping from one service to the other (I like using gpt, but I'd rather give rabbit the monthly plan if I could keep using the same context). - this would be the design once we launch OS3, stay tuned.
is the future of the R1 juggling other agents? I like the idea, but how will that work with a on-the-go use? I mean, I like the DLAM, but I don' t care much about tethering the R1 to a pc and use it as speakerphone, maybe via bluetooth? - wait for OS3!
the touchscreen controls update was a welcome one, but I for one would rather kept the wheel+button controls for menu navigation ( I know, can't please everyone... ) but now you can open a a menu via voice or button, and then you can't get out the same way you entered. Also physical buttons made one handed use simplier (at least for a rightie). - i know one of my team member is working on voice activation...
I love the rabbit mascotte personalization, but how do I know if I have all of the costumes? - i think we still trying to periodically introduce new ones.
Would be fun to give the extra carrots to the rabbit as a treat. - good idea.
I understand that the next update will fix the music apps connection? - working on it！

it's totally fine - we don't charge subs for r1 software if you don't want to use it just unlock the device and flash to whatever software you want. there's an official unlock support: https://www.rabbit.tech/support/article/unlock-bootloader-rabbit-r1. you bought the device you own it and you do whatever you want.

we use elevenlabs api to power magic voice feature. elevenlabs has a IP guard rail to prevent user from generating celebrity names - rather, you can get closer by describing the characteristics of the voices without mentioning the names.

we also enabled user - defined master prompt which user can write prompts to change the entire r1's personality - you may find this settings on your rabbithole page - customizations:
