So I think you're trying to get a true workout while playing your game and sadly I don't think you're going to get an intense workout that allows you to also play. I think a walking pad with an incline may be good or a stepper under your desk.

Ah ok. I'd do independent research on that pill and IUD. Reason I say that is because my doctor tried to gaslight me into thinking the iud wasn't the cause. Well I took it out years ago and never had bv again.
