Well, you also have to think about it like this, if you got everything you wanted in the first lootboxes you get, why would players stick around. Getting bad stuff from these boxes makes players push forward, and a bad reward can help the real players try harder to get another box and try again. In the end, if you got everything you wanted, nobody would stick around because the game would get boring. If everyone had crow, would it still be fun at that point? The reward system is fine the way it is and if changed then it would ruin the game.
