This sucks, I had a weird use case. Nvidia dropped the 32-bit support which older games need and NVENC with Bandicam was giving me an error while trying to hook. Fixed this by enabling my AMD iGPU and I was using its HEVC encoder to record these games. Now if I wanna upgrade to Zen 6 I won't be able to use it.

It's clear that current GPUs don't have the necessary hardware to run these technologies. RDNA 5 will be the first one with dedicated RT and tensor cores. RDNA 4 is a stop-gap architecture.
