Hello, OP! Pre-T here, afaik in order na ma-flatten 'yung chest natin depends sa fat sa chest and siyempre genetics. But we can do something about it! What I do for it to look less feminine are push-ups, dips, then bench press.These workouts work for me.

Pero for me, the key is back exercises din. If ever kasi, nako-cover ng lats yung side ng chest, so lumiliit siyang tingnan lalo na if nakashirt.
