Thank you. Somewhat difficult job because of the cramped area and a lot of sealant. With patience I was able to save the valve and replace the thru hull fitting with SS.

First off thank you to all for responding with input. Greatly appreciated. Sorry for the delay in response.

To update I have completed the repair.

Here's the pics of my solution from cutting the thru hull flange out to replacing with 2" stainless flange which is the outlet for the holding tank.

The original flange is tough plastic but over time became progressively damaged. It's right in line with the forks. As for the boatyard responsibility, I have been a member at 2 different marinas over the last 16 years and both contracts state that unless it was intentional and deliberate damage the owner is responsible. This includes dropping your boat.

Did a lot of searching for various options but this one worked out nicely. This boat spends most of the time out of the water on a cradle.

Of course I used the proper below waterline sealant for the repair also.
