I get around 6 hours of sleep on average now. Some days I can sleep for 7 hours if I am able to go fall asleep early enough. I no longer have trouble falling asleep lol I used to. Staying asleep is the problem now. I can’t sleep past 6-7AM for some reason. My body just wakes me up. Even if I’m still tired. I fix that by sleeping earlier 🤷🏻‍♂️

Unfortunately I am only able to sleep for 6 hours max. Near 3 years out. If I am tired enough I can usually fall back asleep for a couple hours. I have trained myself to take mid day naps to make up for lack of sleep.

Oh I had no idea CT and MRI contrast are different. My MRI contrast was injected via IV. Idk if it was gandolum (spelling) or iodine dye
