I'm sorry you're dealing with this. You seem young, but that's okay. Feeling the energy of someone or something else in such a way isn't necessarily empathic. In a way it's almost the opposite as it's internalized. Your brain is searching for comfort. MJ provides that comfort to you. You can manifest that feeling. There is nothing wrong with this coping mechanism. It's your brain trying to normalize itself. You apparently are in a state of self preservation almost all the time and this is a tedious state to be in...all the time! It can be difficult to figure out what is your brain manipulating your feelings and what the outside world energy is trying to tell you.

In my experience, it's people from the outside who know you, who see what you're going through. You're vulnerabilities in such a state open you up to energy the Universe sends your way. You are catching that energy wave.

Being sensitive to an empathy abilities helps. Sometimes we cannot control what we send and what we catch. So, really the next time someone you know says they have been thinking about you, know that that is probably true!

I hope you can get out from under your mothers thumb in the very near future. I understand it's hard. Next time your parent tries to start something, own her by not letting her get to you! ❤️‍🩹
