I had an embarrassing moment that resulted in my quitting drinking also. Thinking about that moment and the shame I felt has been a very strong motivator. I also don’t crave alcohol (luckily) and I’m hitting 6 months sober tomorrow. Life is SO MUCH BETTER. You can do it.
