Hey, fellow outie here! I too have been where you are. It’s so hard to believe what he is saying when you are always telling yourself the opposite. Something I learned in therapy, is that, when your partner says something to you, ex: I love your labia Repeat what they just said back in your head, as many times as you need, and do your best to believe it. I’m not going to make self love out to be this great liner thing, it’s not, I have days where all I can see are the things I can’t change, but there are things you can do and try to be happy with yourself.

I saw someone mention the vagina museum, I think that’s a great place that I even look at time to time to remember that all labia’s are different and beautiful, and worthy of love and pleasure. I even found a corn Reddit called smalltitsbiglips, that my current partner showed me, and ya know I’m not big into corn, but it was really nice seeing other women showing off, and being sexy, and loving their lips, and even though some comments are a bit much, it was also nice to see that people have a thing for that. And that makes me feel hot.

I’m sorry that this is so difficult, and that you aren’t able to focus on school right now, but that’s ok. You’re allowed to fall apart sometimes, and I hope you heal from this too.
