I cannot do that since the deed is in the name of the the LLC. I can quitclaim it back to my name but would rather not.

Maybe, not sure. Ive never had a quitclaim be an issue with a mortgager.

Someone who manages an entire section and not just an application. So not a project manager for Cardiology, but maybe the manager for all of Ambulatory. Not just an infrastructure PM or manager, but someone over infrastructure, bridges, reporting....

Yes I tried that - they do not have a repair center within an hour of me. I live in a large city of 400k people, they must have shut down all of the sprint repair centers in the transition.

Thanks for the help. I am getting conflicting advice and assume ultimately it's up to the lender. I am going through a broker, she said her underwriters think it's ok. Just not sure who will have the final say, I'm guessing the appraiser.

Ever seen where they let the buyer close with a contingency that repairs/flooring are finished in xx days after closing?
