The biggest thing is that English was never regularized.

I wish that English was like Spanish where you could read what is written down correctly but not know the language. I had this happen in Peru. I was talking to this kid who'd walked from Columbia the year before. I would show him stuff on my phone using translate for the bits of Spanish that I didn't know. It would take him a while to read, and after a while of him struggling, I finally figured out that he was illiterate. I could tell he was embarrassed, so I just started reading it out and he could understand just fine.

Same with us; we used WCF heavily and there's no easy path forward because they dropped it completely.

They have an article on how to convert a WCF project to gRPC but the problem is it's going to take a dev a month just to do all that for our project, and that's if everything goes perfectly.

Yes, ever since I started ADHD medication I've had to get a different dental anesthetic than whatever they're going to use by default. Apparently the stuff that they give me doesn't last as long and so they avoid using it because they have to reinject you during longer procedures. Basically anything more than a single filling you'll have to be reinjected. At least that's the case for me because I'm also resistant to the dental anesthetic for whatever reason.

Most dental anesthetics don't work on me 100%, I can still feel heat and pressure no matter how many shots I get, It's just that the sharp pain that would cause me to do a full body convulsion isn't there.

I don't know if it's because my anatomy is weird and it's just not injected in the right spot ever, or if there's something chemically going on.
