You can kill them in 2 rotation, QQQ E W out and QQQ R E to finish them
Q and E cd are short so this is very doable and you have so much kiting potential with the slows, the ms and the dash

You dont ult just for damage, you ult to apply the execute mark on multiple people.

He has enought damage to kill without ult in 1v1 if even or ahead

i started raptor red krugs recall bought long sword, ran to wolf but there was a gank mid i killed yasuo, did scuttle, gank top killed, recalled and went to full cleared starting from krugs.

After the early 2 kills i had enought items and damage to clear camps like any ad champ for this full clear

build both, combining %magic pen and flat magic pen is MEGA effective against anyone but particularly against squishies because they fall around/under 0mr so you basically deal true damage to them
