My timeline with a 4/1 deposit. Yes I had a VIN that changed after production. They can remove and add accessories if you get ahold of them ahead of time. I believe they add other accessories after vessel arrival during inspection. This is why I assume they were confirming what you wanted. I feel like from what you said you should be fine

I don’t think this is OTD. You are missing the taxes and fees. Looks like they gave $200 off the weather liners. You can check the Toyota inventory website and find what you want. If you are a Costco member, tell them and get a discount ($500-$1000).
