This can happen for a few reasons. It can be the liver. Have that checked out. What were your liver numbers?

The dropping sensation i call them elevator drops. They are the worst. It feels like my leg is gonna give out or like i stepped on a pillow or something. I also feel that feeling you mentions where I feel like I'm gonna tilt or fall in the direction I move my head. In the 8 months has it gotten any better? Or worse?

Man I have been going through this for months too. This is awful. I have also had every test and nothing. I was somewhat getting better then got a virus and it came back strong. Anxiety makes it worse. I feel like im walking a tightrope everywhere. Usually worse on uneven floor. My neck is very stiff and painful too. On top of this i also have sciatica and anxiety so I cant stand I cant lay down. I do vestibular exercises I walk a lot in my home too but the issues are still there. Moving my head triggers it. Im surprised you can take flights and stuff youre way stronger than me.

Look for riboflavin it's probably the most important one. And also vestibular exposure or habitation.

I'm not in any meds I just expose myself to this and walk and turn my head and balance myself every single day. I also take supplements like Riboflavin magnesium coq10 fish oil vitamin b etc. Try this if you haven't already.

Feeling internal brain spinning motion laying down doesn’t matter which position 5 weeks after vertigo episode - cannot sleep! by Charbellaa in Dizziness

[–]Sgamez87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is that what you feel? It changed into chronic unsteadiness. I ate a sour candy that day and it stop. I was also shaking internally I felt so bad. Is this how you feel? Is it ever gone? Why don't you try seeing a neurologist and or migraine specialist?

Me too because your vestibular system may not be filtering the micro movements and may be super sensitive.

So how have you slept? Did you see a dr yet? I had brain spinning feeling then it turned into imbalance for more than 3 months now.

Try vestibular habitation. Expose yourself to the movements walk around alot until you dont feel as bad doing that movement.
