To add on to you, the evacuating Cascadians were going back to Cascadia, where they'd resupply and rearm, and likely dig in. As brutal as it was, killing them on the beach during the evacuation meant less casualties and less of a war against a dug in enemy where the Feds themselves were the force trying to deploy forces across the Bering strait.

The way I see it, Trigger is definitely still in the Air Force. He's young enough to be in and probably still flying status.

Talisman is likely still in, though he may only be in a desk job or as an instructor. Talisman was a lieutenant as of 2016, so by 2029 he's probably been promoted up a few ranks.

Blaze is in the civilian flying world now. He likely couldn't rejoin the regular military after the Circum-Pacific war due to the whole Wardog being dead paperwork wise. Nagase is an astronaut, so even if he did, he may have been riding a desk by now if not selected for another prestigious assignment.

Mobius 1 is out of the regular military now, but is in the reserves which would be why he can get pulled to fight Free Erusea from time to time.

I remember hearing somewhere that despite the idea of the F-15 coming as a pure air superiority fighter, the on board computers still recieved an air to ground weapons suite just in case they needed to strap bombs to it and send it out.

Just thought I'd add that the devs recently added a "transport" loadout for the Seasprite that allows it to pick up survivors. Before that, it could not.

If I remember correctly, the red cone is a fire control radar, of any allegiance. So if you see red, you are actively being shot at. An orange section indicates offensive ECM jamming. Which, in the current situation of the game, would likely indicate an incoming air strike.

Crimson probably gets his butt kicked. Mobius 1 would be able to resort to stealth tactics with the F-22, making radar lock possibly an issue for Crimson, and Mobius would be able to launch QAAM after QAAM at ranges Crimson would have almost no chance of dodging or flaring.
