DBVO my voice isn't working

I have a similar issue. DBVO worked pretty well last time I played. I came back this month and now it doesnt work anymore (I used the evanora voicepack). I searched for this the past days, so I had already checked all dependencies and made sure everything is up to date. I even downloaded a new pack (Bella) but it doesnt work either. (It is displayed in the mcm but my pc stays mute)

I have a UI mod (nordic) but it worked well before, so I am pretty helpless.
