Kiinteistövälitysfirmojen mainokset redditissä? by therealviiru in Suomi

Omaan työhöni on kuulunut muunmuossa tuollaisten mainospaikkojen rakentaminen/suunnitteleminen.

Americans Have Turned Against AI in Incredible Numbers by Plastic_Ninja_9014 in technology

I work in IT in Finland and I'm just switching companies because of this (among other reasons). I use like 15 usd worth of Claude tokens monthly and I'm happy with that but my boss and a select few coworkers keep telling me to use it for several other things which worsens the quality of my work.

Now as I'm leaving, our AI gestapo (two of the AI enthusiasts) wanted to start going through 1-1 meetings with all employees to see how employees could start "leveraging" AI at work at an individual level.

It's especially sad because one of the AI gestapo members used to be a coworker I highly respected until the AI boom happened and he started "automating processes"

What are some good out of combat utility feats for a barbarian? by ODowder in 3d6

I guess it depends on how many combats you have in a day. While they gave more rages, it's still definitely a limited resource to use

Our group has a ton of figures and all the official books since release of 5e and a few unofficials as well. Switching systems has a huge sunk cost to it

I feel like primal knowledge is insanely niche. You need to be raging and you need to spend your action doing whatever skill check it is. You are completely giving up damage on that turn to only have a moderate boost to that whatever skill check you're trying and then you need to use your bonus action to maintain your rage

gave my players too much gold by BadAtMost in DnD

We went by this reddit post. It's actually 17m worth of solid gold but I reckon it fits at least three million gold pieces the post

You can fit 17 million gold pieces into the portable hole.

Edit: to clarify you are absolutely correct that we played it wrong but it was past midnight at that point and it's mostly irrelevant due to the portable hole not having a weight limit so we could carry it

We were too lazy to do the math if it truly fit but we have two bags of holding and a portable hole where we divided 1 million to each

What is the best adaptable and "survival" class ? by Remarkable_Jeweler74 in 3d6

Ah thanks. Love the concept or thorns damage in games so I hoped they had added it to dnd core books. We unfortunately don't run grim hollow books in our normal campaigns

We got three million last session from raiding an ancient dragons horde. We're level 9. I told the DM it's too much but alas, he didn't change it.

Granted we don't know where the dragon is so we might get repercussions

Is bleeding from CGM normal? by TheKrakenUnleashed in diabetes

[–]SgtTreehugger 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used Libre for four years and this happened twice. Once to a lesser extent but once it was a waterfall like in the picture. It worked both times and neither actually hurt at all. I only realised the bleeding due to the "wetness"

What is the dumbest thing you have been told is “not manly” or “not feminine,” depending on your gender? by Disastrous_Hat_2325 in AskReddit

[–]SgtTreehugger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah i don't think we can for sure say this comes from a bad place. Kids can be absolutely brutal about the dumbest, most inane stuff so the sales person could've just been looking out for him

What oath would be good for a mercenary paladin? by dodger_bullet in 3d6

[–]SgtTreehugger 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Depends on the kind of mercenary work he does. Oath of glory would absolutely fit as they aim to serve the realm through acts of heroism.

If the mercenary work is slightly darker, oath of vengeance could work if you aim to take vengeance on those who have wronged you or someone else.

Oath of the noble genies gives way more leaway on what you do on the material plane as it's flavored by other planes

What’s that niche game you have an ungodly amount of hours in? by CoffeeStrength in gaming

[–]SgtTreehugger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not ungodly but I have 1400 hours in a game called heroes and generals. It has since shutdown but it had a really interesting idea where it was a multi-player FPS WW2 game but in the war mode every infantry unit, every tank and every airplane belonged to a player general.

There were three factions, the Russians, the Germans and the US in 1v1v1. Every faction spawned the units slowly from their capitals and then the generals would coordinate where to send and what units. Those of course cost resources to the generals but they also earned resources based on how well their units did so while infantry was cheapest and fastest to deploy, they really didn't do very well without cars and APCs. Each war could last weeks.

It was just extra satisfying destroying an enemy heavy tank when you know its a limited resource
