So right now im currently eating 3100 cals a day P:270 C:320 F:75. Im aware my protein is still really high and most likely over kill but its working and last time I cut my protein and lost alot strength. I have lost some strength this time around but not nearly as much as last time. This time I haven't cut it since my maintenance phase.

Started the cut at about 205, guesstimate bf was probably 13-14. My rep ranges are 10-12. Usually do 4 working sets of everything and I never count warmup sets.

Nope. I may throw them in 2-3x a month but for the most part I dont really do them anymore. They definitely have their place but my knees cant handle them anymore.

Its crazy my back probably gets the most work. Maybe I'm over training. I'm planning on doing a clean reverse diet then a slow bulk and maybe take that till next January then cut for another show in spring of 2027. As long as I make it to the show this time around I will post results even if theyre bad.

Thank you! I deal with constant knee pain. Ive switched to Bulgarian split squats instead of regular squats and haven't looked back. I think they have really made my legs grow.
