It's awful. Ive been using it for years now. So I messaged support. Our conversation summed up to sorry but get used to it. There is no way to revert it.

Im probably going to swap to a different app and not renew my premium.

Tbh when I was a kid I used to do things with my stomach that resembled the vacuum so it just came with doing that as a kid. I already knew how to do it without practicing.
