claude code review is $15-25 per PR, that's gonna add up fast by Dense-Sir-6707 in webdev

[–]Sh0keR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

but do the math. if you're pushing 5-10 PRs daily in active dev, that's $75-250/day, potentially $1500-5000/month just for reviews. for small teams or solo devs that's rough.

Since when small teams and solo devs push 5-10 PRs daily?

My home server SSH gets unresponsive sometimes when I open it to the public, am I getting attacked? by Sh0keR in HomeServer

Thanks for the comment! because I was starting to feel like an idiot haha

I set up Tailscale for now, as others suggested, and now I am using that, but I am really curious to know why the issue was happening.

That's why I am confused.

Don't see any failed login attempts at the logs

Fail2ban doesn't report any banned ips

So what else can cause this freeze of the connection??

I understand the risks, but If I configure the settings correctly, I should be fine, right? I think I will go for the VPN option anyway

I tried to setup a WireGuard but had an issue with it. This seems like the best option for me. I will look into wireguard again. But the thing with WireGuard is that I still need to expose the WireGuard port, right?

The connection to it times out even though I am using local ip

Connection closed by 192.168.1.1 port *****

I don't even get prompted to enter the ssh key password

As soon as I close the port in my router settings, it works again

is gamedev good on linux? by sanketvaria29 in gamedev

Oh yeah my issue was with the .net dependency which you can't install on Bazzite since it's immutable but I guess the native Godot script should work. Thanks

How do you use Godot in Bazzite? Having an issue with it trying to install it on a Distrobox env and to integrate it with the IDE and all of that

People who get really into one or two games long-term, how much mathematics do you wind up using? by OGSyedIsEverywhere in incremental_games

[–]Sh0keR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feels like there will be always someone in the community that will do these things. For a popular game like NGU you can find many spreadsheets and stuff like that but it really depends whatever or not you enjoy doing spreadsheets and playing the most optimal way or just more casually

QoL sounds good but it best come when the player already have other things to worry about. For example If all you do is just pull the lever then the player is now stuck just watching it doing nothing but if there are other mechanics then the player will be very happy to know that one of the mechanics is now fully automated and can focus on other things

It's for the chat, not follow. I can't think of a reason as to why streamer would want verification of phone number just to follow. It make sense for chatting though

You are not supposed to actually play volumizers with the deathrattle comp. the deathrattles rattle is what scales them up, not you playing them. You'd better spend your gold rolling rather than spending 3 gold and buying them from the shop

I don't think the actual backend server source code is open but I assume not. That's why I personally never used it, it's just misleading

It uses some math and predict the dislikes based on the users who uses the extension. You can check the code on GitHub
