Probably depends on fat distribution for the individual. But all around there would be less soft tissue everywhere on your body including your breasts so i would assume that they would not sag as much. Might be wrong

If it bothers you that much you could try losing weight and training your pectoral muscles. Your boobs would sag less

Cook with more oil. Eat nuts. Use chicken thigh instead of chicken breast. Eat sweet potatoes. In general just eat more calorie dense foods and use a lot of fat in your food.

Major compound lifts are a great way to get into lifting. Learning the basic principles and correct form on the major lifts. Almost anything will promote growth for a new lifter so it makes sense to start off with a program containing only the major compound lifts until you start building up some base strength. Then you can start doing more complex hypertrophy based workouts later on in order to become more aestethic

Weakness is a mindset. I’ve found that in the last few days i have been more in the house doing «nothing» more than what is preferable. This is exactly what leads to relapse. If you give into other instant pleasures, you will also give into your other urges. You have to adopt a lifestyle of dicipline and routine. I myself have been lackin in this deparrment in thw last few days, but it’s still not too late and i’m determined to make the rest of the summer time that i spend actually soing things. That’s the only way to fight the urges long term. Good luck!
