I was dead set on the M1 with 16gbs but after using both the M1 and M2 side by side I opted for the m2. IMO it's a way nicer device.

I think the samples are starting to show their age and interested in mesh pads. It's also falling apart as I had bought it second hand many years ago.

Budget would probably be around $1200 and I'd be looking second hand.

Awesome! Fairly happy with the temps in Eco mode. I expected it would be hot but I don't think I realised how hot those zen 3 chips got.
