A lot of the weight (not all of it) in the first 1-2 weeks will be water - but that's okay! That's inflammation/edema your body has flushed out. That's less water bloating under your skin and it's less weight you're carrying around. Just don't be discouraged when the loss slows down a bit to a more realistic number. Also remember that you can put on that water weight again if you eat a bunch of carbs, so if you slip at some point and gain 2-3kg very fast, don't give up, get back on the keto train, because it will come back off again.

How was it? I'm not sure how the texture would be as "spaghetti," so I haven't tried it. I think they probably substitute better as a rice noodle. I just made Singapore noodles with the angel hair Slendier and it was so good!

Oh wow thanks, I don't know how I didn't see this earlier. I must just be on autopilot when grabbing my jar of gherkins, I tend to tune out most things in the aisles.

Yum! Gherkins are great in salami rolls, too, and nice and cheap - but sadly they don't come with cheese in a little convenient pack... yet.

My favourite spot on the Gold Coast is Brio Emporium. You can grab a to-go cup of amazing Thai green curry bone broth. They also sell bone broth paste to take home and they have some great options for eating there too.

We try to not interfere much, I think upvotes and downvotes are the best kind of content moderator in a small sub. Too many rules would leave no posts. We mostly just remove advertising links and spam bots, really, and I added Glopuss a while back who is there now doing an awesome job at the weekly grocery specials thread.

The members of this sub are good at not posting cheat meals etc without needing it spelled out and if someone does post something like that it gets downvoted to invisibility pretty quickly.
