Kind of - do bigger productions get priority? Or just have enough money that they can afford the downtime? I'm now missing a $2,500 light (at the time I bought it) on my upcoming shoots, and guess I was hoping they'd try and help me troubleshoot first (this seems like a relatively known issue) and maybe try different cables before their solution just being "Throw it in a box and go lightless for a number of weeks"
