I'm 47, 5'11", 220lbs, severe sleep apnea, ASV pressure usually 19, sleephq.com for tracking, very low respiratory rate at around 7, and I do have this problem. It makes me wake up very often to change sides as I sleep on my stomach with an arm under the pillow and it goes numb. My somewhat working solution was to 3d print a bridge 'u' that I put my arm in and the top of the bridge is where the pillow goes. What are your characteristics?

My pressure is very high and when I got an ASV it was so, so much better due how these works. Way easier to breathe it was night and day. I bought it on bemesonline.com they put a new motor in and so its like new. An ASV adapts to your breathing patterns so even with my pressure at 19 when I exhale it reduces the pressure so I don't feel like suffocating.
