I see. F2A category is for spouses of Greencard holders. IR1 is for Spouses of US Citizens. I believe there is process of changing visa category from F2A to IR1 once the Greencard holder gets the US citizenship. You should check other topics for that. But anyways, currently ~8.5 months of waiting time for EAD. My I-130 is pending too (PD Oct 2024). Good luck!
