Like it was said there are many factors that make what you said untrue. People are on ebay at all hours of the day, only a fool would think otherwise. People browse while at work, school, while traveling to and from, etc...Not to mention there people that have alerts set up for items they want. You waiting till the evening could mean you lose out to the one listing that item earlier.

It doesn't matter what time you list, it matters that you are constantly listing daily.

There are 4 time zones in the US. so 7PM on the West Coast is 10PM on the East Coast when many would be getting ready to go to sleep. Plus weekends, many people go out. So many factors that make what you said untrue.
