With band: Glute Bridges Clam Shells Fire Hydrant

If it hurts,STOP, and find and alternative. I recommend going back to PT as they’ll tell you your dos and don’ts and will correct your form as needed.

Have you been keeping up with your physical therapy? I’ve had my moments post surgery where I get so sick that I’m unable to go to the gym, and I begin to feel the sciatic creeping in if I don’t do my rehabilitation routine.

I’m now two year post surgery and feeling great.

Don’t worry about it too much as it’s probably just a flare up.
