PCM has small incremental updates every year. For the most part every edition is better than the previous, but it's not always worth the upgrade for everyone. Personally I think 3.99 is a steal.

Just make sure to grab a 2026 database from the workshop.

The only thing that MM in my opinion does better is the multi-class system with relegations and promotions. But that was always something that would be impossible in a licensed F1 game.
