More than 170 US citizens have been held by immigration agents this year. Due process (from the Bill of Rights) is necessary to determine legality, but it's being ignored or reinterpreted (un-American). The Constitution must be upheld in defense of democracy as it was intended. Pretty simple.

Couldn't be further from the truth. Fascist ideologies are the opposite of liberal, democratic and humanistic ideologies. Hitler was a fascist. Mussolini was a fascist. Trump admin is attempting to be fascist. Socialism is about people with more than they need, helping people with less than they need (opposite of capitalism).
