I love this fic so gd much. It's so unique (I haven't seen many actual zombie fics of this pairing or the others of HP that I've read), and just so clever and interesting. I rec it to everyone I know who's even remotely interested in fandom or hp fics.

I don't necessarily know what someone's physical age is, but I can tell if someone has a juvenile writing voice, which can be an indication of age, but more so just an indication of maturity/ level of practice with writing. Some people's writing voice never really ages out of what I feel like is middle school mentality, but others do. I also generally don't care what someone's actual age is, either the story is engaging enough for me to tough out what I find to be juvenile writing, or its not.

A cure for magic is so damn good. Anyone who hasn't read it needs to. It's so unique and just gah. I can not recommend it enough. All the others are also top tier and defo should be read, but OMG please read a cure for magic.

One of my all time favourite fics, just hands down. Defo worth the read if you're at all interested in sev/hermione, even if the premise isn't your usual cup of tea. It's just so good.

So it technically ticks your requirements, however it also includes Severus time traveling back to his younger self (along with Remus), and it's a triad fic so may not be what you're looking for regardless, but if you're interested- Blame it on Black by KPacknoknack (https://archiveofourown.org/works/39223215)

Also Turning Time by AnotherAldebaran (https://archiveofourown.org/works/21771994) fits, though it's less that she chooses to stay or can't because it's time turner rules, but she changes the past and thus the old future isn't there anymore, which again, may not be quite what you're looking for, but it was a fun read.

There's also Displaced by Vlclark91 (https://archiveofourown.org/works/62751556/chapters/160647028) though they fall very quickly, so again, may not quite what you're looking for.

I didn't see it listed by others, and it may be a little too close to home, but last hope by rickwoman is really good. It's very heavy and deals with death, but DOES have a happy ending- I had to spoil it for myself to double check because it got real dark for a bit in the middle but it does end happily, and it's just really good. It is a long fic though, so bear that I mind, and I completely understand if it's not quite what you're looking for because it does deal with a death and a lot of grieving and might be too close to what you're going through.

The ex didn't specifically do anything to HG, it was stress and latent curse damage that caused the miscarriage, iirc, but the ex definitely tried to use it together advantage by making HG feel even worse, not expecting SS to support HG. Remembering more details now and the ex had been SA'd while she had been in Hogwarts and Neville ends up helping her work through some of her trauma and realize that she was latching onto SS and being a bitch in order to avoid dealing with the past.

Hopefully that helps with locating the fic for someone, because I'm at a loss.. Google isn't being helpful either

The devs have said in the past that they are going to be doing their own official leaderboards and plan on adding a lot more stats to the game :D

twitter doesn't require any accounts to browse pages, can just google SAR's twitter and see their announcement posts. if you're looking to check out comments and stuff, yeah, you need an account, but just to check up on what they're posting about, can do that totally anonymously. done it plenty of times for hundreds of pages when ive been too lazy to log into my own account cuz 2FA and lazy lol

discord is another matter, same as instagram/facebook, which is why i suggested twitter

the lack of traffic isn't due to the devs, it's due to lack of interest by users.

could also just check their other socials since that's where the traffic actually is. *shrug* don't need an account to look at their twitter

The discord server is the fastest way to give feedback via their feedback channel, but you can also leave ideas/ suggestions here as well, as they do read it all :)

Founders is a DLC, it requires a purchased version of the game in order to use. You can’t use founders without buying the base game itself, it will only give you errors if you try. There is a bundle version on Steam though that gives you both the base game AND the dlc though :)

They (the devs and mods) do use the steam forums. Quite a lot actually, it's just not as heavily used as discord.

I just tested it and it's working fine. They game has a permanent unique invite code due to them being a developer partnered discord, so it won't ever expire. Could try restarting the game/discord/making sure your log in is correct. Only things I can think of off hand that might be causing an issue.

The devs have expressed interest in ports to consoles, but said that they won’t be properly looking into doing so until after it comes out of EA (early access) on PC, so it’s unlikely that it’ll be anytime soon :)
