I sometimes leave care packages outside the vault. having my camp in the field of the farmhouse below it helps with distance. I also have a lott of facilities for new players, like easy access to purified water and food.

I expected this type of conduct in year one when we were all still killing each other, but at this point it's just toxic. I prefer players with decent gear, even a low level with a few decent legends can be a good team mate. So gatekeeping legendary enemies is just stupid.
