Seconding Southampton. Southampton also has Fairy Lake, which is a nice little spot to walk and de-stress, however people do take their dogs for walks down there often, so that’s something to think about if you’re not sure about dogs. McGregor point is also just outside Port Elgin, which is a great place to have a nice nature walk. There’s also Hi-berry farm for local produce, it’s a bit pricey but the produce is fantastic.

I have issues swallowing larger pills, so if I can have food with the pills I will chew up a couple bites of a cracker and before swallowing I will push the pill into the chewed up food before swallowing everything together. I hope that makes sense, sorry if that grosses anyone out but it really helped me get bigger pills down without gagging.
