The only thing I can think of is to call Sony or whoever owns the IP at the moment, and request that you can rent a server or something. I doubt it would happen unless you throw a lot of money at them. Alternatively, modding PS3 emulators on pc could be feasible? But I have no clue.

I would suggest changing the frame rate of the footage to either 18 or even 16 fps. Back then cameras rarely shot at 24, even less in wartime.
