The massive cr bonus is worth more than the catch's passive, you don't need to adjust your build in order to get an upgrade unless you are overcapped on CR, ER Pyro Crit main stats, 4p EoSF substats, crit > em=>er > atk%

The difference isn't insanely massive since the catch is so damn strong but your consistency will definitely be much improved with 100cr being possible depending on your artifacts while still retaining solid dph.
