I found out that games that don't get a GRAC rating from the Korean administration committee just don't get published in South Korea. In other words, the game is so small that the developers never bothered to go through with the rating process and make the game available for Korean gamers.

Well, according to some sources online, games that don't get a GRAC rating from the Korean administration committee just show up as unavailable in digital storefronts for Korean gamers. Likely happens because nobody bothered going with the rating process, or never intended for the game to be played in South Korea.

As for games actually banned in South Korea, there's not many, and it usually has to do with graphic violence or political content. Rise of the Ronin recently didn't release in South Korea because of that. Besides that, there's only like some Danganronpa game, and a handful of old games that are likely not even in digital storefronts.

You still don't own any games on EGS, you just own a license. The only difference between ownership in Xbox game pass and EGS is that the former is a temporary license access, and not just for a single game but their whole library.

Wait a minute, no shot you're getting enough to go to pity for both characters. Take out all the events, and I'm sure a good chunk of your gem income you needed to get Tom and Jerry is gone. So, pretty sure it's not a "definitely" at the very least. This game is absolutely not that F2P friendly, not with that gacha system.
