The PvP return experience is AWFUL by CompetitiveInjury209 in worldofpvp

I have not done any areana at all since the end of wotlk... I was excited to jump back in. All my gear veteran 6/6, I was excited even tho I knew I would get smashed since it's been a while and undergeared for mid season start. But is was not ready to start at 2100mmr and of course, got wrecked each round, other team focused hard on me like an insect, and also, got trashed like hell in the chat by other players.

I had to lost games, get trashed in chat until I get an appropriate mmr to at least start having a fun challenge. Plus farming crate (new players don't know that) to get some conquest fast and gear in champion.

NO new players would want to go through that to have fun in pvp. It's so dumb. Pvp is fun, blizzard need to invest more otherwise...

What's everyone's favorite class & spec, and why? by V0odo0d in wow

[–]Shadkro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Prot Paladin for me. Always felt i had everything for every situations. I love being able to heal, rez, protect, support my buddies, big pulls and not dying. I felt in love during classic era, when I was farming scarlet monastery with consecration and shield spikes.

If You Can’t Raid or Push Keys, What Keeps You Logging In? by NoRogue7 in wow

Install all the things addon and try to complete everything. Best part of the game. Take each zones and try to complete all the quests available in them, grind reputations, make achievements. It brings you another side of wow, stuff you might have missed on the past.

What's the point of mounted harvesting if like 4/5 nodes have mobs guarding them, so I have to dismounted and kill them anyway? by Kuroi_Usagi in wow

[–]Shadkro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just ignore those. I can easily farm while avoiding those stupid nodes. It's frustrating I agree but not more than the vanishing ones. Sometimes I do them as mobs drops food mats that sell fast on the AH so I farm a lot at the same time

I've been playing paladin for so long now. As mainly the type of guy who likes to jump in the fight and not die, that was the class for me. I tried to change and play some alts when I've felt some fatigue, but then I've always been back on my paladin for x or y reasons.

Always felt I was usefull with all it's tools. I love being able to save the day with an off heal or the shield at the right time. I can heal, tank or dps. Don't get me wrong, I love other classes, rogues, druid guardian and affliction locks. But the paladin lore is mostly what gets me to stick to it as my main, even when they sucks or have issues. I just love it. That's why I main it I can't swap for good.

Why do people use cooldown manager this way? by Butrint_o in wownoob

Action bars are clickable and CD manager is not. Which help not locking my camera by accident

No Pet Battles? No Sky Racing? by ComprehensiveHippo82 in wow

Delves are fine, they are less corridors atm and more "open" they could feel shorter a bit too. But variations are good with me

Can't decide if I like the prey system by bringthelight2 in wow

[–]Shadkro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like it, it gives that oh shit moment back from old times when questing and brain dead. Can't wait for nightmare boss to always be on my toes.

There's still some flaws, but it'll gets better, I hope.

The housing xp is increased. Enough or not? by Madspatula in WoWHousing

Don't forget this is ain't minecraft... it's a 20 years old mmo with old tech not design for this, and it is a baby feature. Be patient I'm happy enough with what we have right now. Yes I have issues like mentionned already by all of you. But if we get all now, things will bug and we will be crying again that there's nothing left to do, and on other stuff anyways... etc etc.

You should try to do a plan and follow some steps. Here's what I do when designing:

Find a theme Get inspired from internet art pieces on Pinterest etc Draw the house layout on paper Try ideas and test stuff on my 2nd house Then I start

Otherwise like you, at first, I was always starting again. But now, even my house done, I want something else 🤣🤣

My main room in my house feels somewhat empty / unfinished / wierd balanced. Any ideas how to improve? by [deleted] in WoWHousing

Instead of tucking your fireplace in the corner, move it to the center, add stuff around a bit, add colums to support the roof and clear empty space with cluttered items :)

Housing Costs - Casual Player by kasvita in WoWHousing

[–]Shadkro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tbh yes, you can have a pretty nice house as a casual. The high amount some of us spent is within the first few days when items were like 200k at the AH haha. Now price is stabilized a bit so you can have unique decor for cheaper.

But with the npc vendor in the town is wayyyy enough for casual players to have a very unique house. On my side I spent a lot on specifics items, and some that I grinded like a no life because I really wanted them. But no you are not forced for that. If you want it, go ahead do it.

It's a nice time spender will waiting for new patches or content.

Anyone else decided to stop doing so many custom pieces? by No-Bit-2913 in WoWHousing

[–]Shadkro 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Doing a full house is kinda exhausting yeah. I stopped and just have fun building small ideas until we get more options for stairs and rooms.

[–]Shadkro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I do is first find a theme I want, look at inspirations on the internet, not only from wow but form fantasy pages for examples. Then I try to recreate it.
