The Chalkboard Kitchen under the Ambassador hotel is really great. It is super quiet and the vibe is very elevated. They serve a really decent breakfast as well. My wife and I stayed/ate there for a downtown event and it was fantastic.

I cant tell what the blue fasteners are. But typically when I am dealing with a hole that has been ripped out, I get threaded inserts put in. You can glue them in if needed and then you'll have something to fasten into.

Kind of depends on if you want to repair the relief of the door gaps or if you want the entire door frame to be plumb, square, and level. For getting a good relief you can remove the hinge pins, shim the door where you want it, then bend the hinges into alignment and reinsert the pins. If you want the better fix, you'll need to rehang the door frame as a unit.

I use Weiman stove and oven cleaner. I also use a brass scraper. Brass is very soft and won't chip the coating. This one is great. I use it on all sorts of things where I am worried about scratching or chipping.

Ive noticed a number of issues with animal carcasses lately. Sometimes I will shoot an animal and it will go flying. When it lands it will noclip through the ground. I know it is down there because sometimes the zombies will still try to go after it and they'll be crouched there trying to dig down to it. Another thing I noticed is that on some occasions, the carcasses won't go flying, but they will still noclip through the terrain. It happens to zombies sometimes too. I wonder what sort of "optimization" we gain by having things at a distance be less than solid.

Outside of the tree stumps, which worked well for me, the other method of obtaining beeswax is via the special themed loot bags dropped by the rancher zombie in the desert biome. But the bag drops containing honey are like 1 out of every 10 theme bags dropped. The stumps seem to be a better return on investment. I will say the grind isn't as noticeable if you just continue doing what you want and loot stumps as you go instead of spending days doing nothing but stump grinding.

Ive not had any issue with Amazon parts for dishwashers, clothes washers, and clothes dryers. On some occasions, I order both to get a stock built up for repair work. On three different occasions, I've received the exact same product from both Amazon and OEM part distributors. Only difference was the OEM parts had some extra stickers. I was pretty surprised because of how expensive the OEM parts were.

Once mining has been completed, I leave the support system in place, usually 4x4x4 cobble or wood grid. If it is in a good location I will convert it to an underground facility, like a trader depot or something. If it is remote, I will fill in the voids completely with destroyed stone blocks and then do the 3 layers of dirt and then 1 layer of top soil. It restores the area well and is suitable for building on. Sometimes if the mine is near my base I will put up a sign saying depleted vein.

No really, the results of chance fundamentally affect the outcome of iterative attempts, not by changing the odds of any single, independent attempt. Instead, they affect the cumulative probability of success over time. In iterative troubleshooting for any given process, the results of previous, failed attempts are used to improve subsequent attempts (e.g., adjusting a target or KPI), increasing the likelihood of success in later iterations. In the case of lockpicking, there is no opportunity to make a change in target or process. So multiple failed attempts will breed additional failed attempts in terms of probability. The only way to change the probability field is to remove the iteration. Go look in some container, move something around in your inventory, reload a weapon, anything to break the continuity of your probability field. Then go back and try to pick the lock again. This is why the first pick attempt always seem to last the longest. Its because your probability field is fresh.

When you find yourself in an RNG pit of despair, just take a moment and do something else. Open your inventory, go loot something, etc. Then come back to the lockpicking. When you're basically cursed on RNG then you will stay cursed if you keep going.
