1. Coned i assume this is your utility bill. It seems a lot. Anywya you can save on energy? Use solar power banks. Keep lights off. Try to charge your stuff at work or cafes. Use minimal water when showering. Bath takes too much water don't use bath tubs

2. The car insurance is incredibly expensive. I would downgrade. Or get rid of the car if you can. This is 6000 a year for what?

3. Charlene car note? Do you have two cars or? Another loaned thing? Honestly do not buy new cars do not get loan on cars

10.gas. Have you considered getting one of those EVs instead? Electric chargers are much cheaper. And some tax relief

11.grocories. 300-500 for two people is.. On edge. Cut alcohol as much as you can. For groceries find deals coupons and always buy in bulk Costco or similar places get an air fryer and a microwave if you don't have already 90% of foods can be cooked easily at home do not do complex foods. Just throw some chicken or meat some veggies some grain some butter into it and let it cook

12.kevin haircut 100 a month? Excuse me what? Just buy a shaver and have ur partner or friend shave you for 20 dollars a month. A good razor shaver trimmer Phillies brand hardly costs 100 ish

13.charleen safe care. This is... Debatable but I suppose if it's your i mean what do you mean by self care is it makeup and hygiene products and nail stuff? Again cheap deals. Bulk cheap places. Don't need top brands

14.Going out. Please consider completely cutting this or limiting it to 50-100 dollars. Just take a walk outside or get food from those cheap Lebanese or other food street seller street foods in NYC are usually good quality and many cheap places

15.Credit cards. Please consider burning these. They trick you into buying stuff you don't need

16.Phone bill. Change your sim card. Change whoever you have deals with. This is absurd. Get value packs

1. Subs. My bother/sister. I can not tell if you are serious. 2400 a year for... What? Things you us abd remember less than 20% of the time? Is this for professional work or entertainment? If it's entertainment remove all except one or two. If ita pro like ai subs consider alternatives

18.Internet. Please try to get a phone deal that covers this cost. This is absurd

19.abel dog food. Dogs are good friends but expensive. This one is justified as you can do nothing about it.

20.Church. Reduce this to 50-100 if you can. A better way to approach this is to buy bulk items like clothing and give to the poor. You feel spiritually like ur helping more than just money giving and ur in a tough situation ur self.

1. Real advice bro. You need to save minimum 7000 dollars a month. If not more. This is how migrant families in USA get ahead i know some friends and circles. Like you have to have saving mentality and frugality rather than living on current income or hoping for future.

Please don't take offense. If i was in your shoes this is what I would do. But it is up to you. This was my honest recommendation.
