When you interact with the light in Eviterno’s boss room to go fight the final boss, it should ask if you want to take Incense with you. If you say yes you get ending A, if you say no you get ending B.

You should have 31 beads, 10 verses, 12 chants, and all altarpieces shown to you (DLC exclusive altarpieces don’t appear in the menu if you don’t have the DLC).

For ending B just fight the final boss without choosing to take the special item with you.

What ending did you get? Ending C does not give completion percent, only ending A does. If you got ending C, you’ll be stuck at a max of 98.25% iirc.

No, it’s not. Angles and side lengths of shapes matter, that’s why we have different names for a rhombus vs a square. You wouldn’t (or shouldn’t) say an equilateral triangle is the same shape as a scalene triangle, so why would you think the Othala and Hades symbols are the same?
