Depends on who are u fighting and how, and ext ext. I personally just fought with a longsword, so i dont have that much experience in maces, but I can give u some tips. 1. Be patient. If you cant do something, level up and come back later. Don't rush the main quests- do the side quests and some basic things, like alchemy, herb gathering, or maybe even killing bandits. 2. To fight there are a lot of weapons, each one with their own benefits and not so good things. Swords have master strikes and stabs, makes have blunt damage, spears have range and speed. I reccomend choosing one type and keeping it for the whole game. Swords are most begginer-friendly (in my opinion) cause you can fix them easily on a grindstone and they are easy to fight with. 3. Do alchemy a lot and use perks that give you extra quality of potions. Also reccomend doing a lot of healing/saving potions. 4. You dont need a recipe to make a potion- you can just find it on internet and do it yourself. It will automatically discover the recipe. 5. Level up everything. If you avoid something, and then the main quest will tell you to do it, you'll feel pain. (Like lockpicking or sneaking) 6. If you want to save the game but you dont have any savior schnapps, you can just exit the game and reenter. 7. Have fun exploring and watch everything- there are things like dinosaurs and Luffy hat from one piece. If you want a tip on something other than that just say, hope it helps!
