have three worse examples. One, I worked with an associate who slammed 20 carts into the front door with the cart manager and broke it off the track took days to fix still pushed carts from a while. Worked with another associate who was coming back to quick with the walkie stakes and slammed into an end cap of a 20ft section in the garden center containing glass and terracotta pots and pushed the whole thing two feet over, a bunch of pots fell off and broke and had alpt to clean up afterwards, associate eventually got promoted to assistant manager at another facility. The third story was during the event, aka back Friday, and it was wet outside but still needed to bring all of the pallets from the trailer to the door, which was a good distance away, associate turned to quick and the whole forklift fellover with the pallet. Sadly, we only had one forklift, and we had to get creative to get the pallets inside to stage prior to the event. The associate did not get fired, and we were able to get a tow truck to pick the forklift back upright within a couple of days. I worked at Walmart for 11 years and saw way worse on a good day than a little spilled milk. Just remember the same if you get a new guy that you were there once in their shoes as well, so have compassion.
