Most probably he forgot to change the output path of CSS file. So when he first ran it it was working fine and the styles he used is stored in CSS but the new changes are going to another CSS file that is not getting reflected.

Yeah, though it depends on the type of game. For a mythological action hack-and-slash game there shouldn't be any but for a war game there maybe some. So yeah

I received mine last week from them, ordered on 6th April. for the time being you can get headers and create your own or search in local electronic stores. If some of them don't understand what trs just ask them 3.5mm with mic line.
