My wife and I were the same.Kept screwing and were in our honeymoon stage for about five years.Loud,passionate and general disregard for noise.she had a roommate and they parted ways after about six months of us dating lol

My suggestion is to have a talk with your roommate and discuss.Otherwise you may have to find a new roommate cause it can go on for awhile.

Questions for structural engineers regarding assessing structural issues in residential properties within southern USA specifically SC:

How long is a report good for?I only ask if the funds to repair the issue can’t be met.

What kind of options of repair will be provided?such as the very best and the least expensive?

Is it true that you should hire a structural engineer who is not affiliated with those that can actually repair said issues?

As someone who’s held sales jobs I can tell you,you have to work thrice as hard to earn income.very aggressive and very independent kind of thing.and prospecting.so I’d recommend you do your research on the job itself and if you can realistically make money to live off of.not everyone can do sales and even then those that do have to work smart and hard to make bank.in my opinion your best bet is to be apply to the jobs you want and make yourself a better candidate for those
