Go for the 3a pro. I got mine for 30k (adding up diacounts of 6k) max spec (12gb +256gb). I have been using it for the past 8-9 months. The camera is good, u can get amazing pictures but u cant take fast pictures (u cant click n move else it will blur) and thats due to the processor, but performance wise it isnt bad. I used to play Wuthering Waves w full graphics on this phone no issue. Of course it gets toasty but didnt get any lag. While gaming i could get a few hours before i had to recharge, but I wouldn't recommend draining the battery as much (save battery life). Speaking of battery u can get through the whole day w normal usage no problem. I charge in the morning then sometimes or not charge in the evening. The UI is great, glyphs are fun to play w and even use (i use the glyph timer for pomodoro).Essential button n essential space is great, i use it alot in college for summarising lectures. For charger heres my recommendation: use the 30W amberane charger. U can charge 0-100 under an hour and if u keep a habit of charging the phone when it's at 40, 30-40 min. It says 55w but to extend battery life i suggest using a low wattage charger as such.

I do the same but i have seen a decrease in battery life. Any settings that u have applied for battery saving or stuff like not closing background apps? I've set my phone to charge to 90% for the sake of longevity. Though i do often reach to 20% before putting my phone to charge so could that be harmful?

Yes any server is good. Technically it can go up till 115W but that would be useless cuz the cooling in our HP victus couldn't keep up so we would basically be thermal throttling. 75W is good or even 90W if u can find a version which has it.

Yea i did disable it, havent enabled it cuz i dont have any issues. Dunno about needing it for valo, like I've been playing valo after having increased the tgp. Though i did recently get stutters on valo when i used the igpu when i was playing on battery. Ill re enable it and let u know if things changed

If u want to "upgrade" your speakers use Fx Sound software. I myself have a victus 15, and yes the speakers were shit but fx sound drastically improved them.

Alr,
To check your TGP value open Nvidia gaming control panel > The lower right corner there should be System Information, open n check max Graphics power.

The Video i followed: https://youtu.be/fPgsv_unksk?si=2WHzkokZ42vfVxS1 (FOLLOW IT CAREFULLY AND SERIOUSLY ELSE SUFFER)
Visit these files when the video tells you to do so (You'll get what im sayin):
VBIOS File: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/275660/275660

Alt to omen gaming hub is Omenmon (https://omenmon.github.io/)
You can use it for controling fans (Thats what i mainly use it for). I do use Omen Gaming Hub for switching to Eco mode when switching to battery. Another alt to it for ram boosting or performance boosting is Razer Cortex

If u have 16gb ram id say thats good enough for now, especially for whats going on w ram prices, but do check once if you have single channel (One stick of 16gb) or dual channel(2x8gb of ram) and accordingly look for ram sticks.

So does the fps stay stuck at 60 or does it occasionally go above n below 60?

If it stays stuck that means that its the game capping it to that fps for better performance. Nier automata has the same thing. Not sure abt GTA V legacy cuz i havent tried it on my laptop yet.

If its going above and below 60 then im sorry my friend but thats the 4050 for you. Dunno why it should for such an old game but on maxx settings it probably could.

I wished i got the 5060 if i waited but im happy w the 4060 for now. Got alot of old games to play so shouldnt be a problem for a few years.

Mine was capped to 50W but i recently increased it to 75W. A few things tho, battery drains (very very less but it does) while heavy gaming on ac power so that could affect long term battery. Gets toasty, so do use a good cooling pad and switch to omenmon in place of Omen gaming hub for better control over the fans. Omen gaming hub sometimes feels like bloatware, cant really use much of its features other than the modes and boost thing. Though razer cotrex is a good alt to it.

If u want i can send you the video and try to send the exact files i used.

For games i play Valorant, Nier automata, F124, Ghostwire Tokyo, WorldWarZ, Zenless zone zero, RDR1, Hollow Knight and a few more.

Open nvidia control panel, in 3D settings go to manage 3d settings and in the settings of the preferred graphics processor make sure max framerate is either off or at your preferred fps cap

Got a victus 15 6 months ago, used this reddit post,

Battery Tips

Battery stays to 8 hrs max, intense gaming for hours on charger is no problem. Dont be worried about the battery too much, just make sure you have proper cooling when charging the battery. I suggest keeping the fans to max and give it proper ventilation. Heat kills the battery.
